Ordinary Order Procedures

Place your orders with Parktown Stores making use of any of the following methods:

1. You may order online from the website, this will require registration as a customer. You can register by clicking on the link below Register Here
   1. You may call us at 012 335 2740 to place an order.
   2. You may fax us an order on 012 335 3653
   3. You may email your order to info@parktownstores.co.za
   4. Credit card payments are acceptable via the below mentioned process.

   Once you place an order with us, we will get back to you as soon as possible with our banking details, after we have confirmed stock availability. NB! Goods will only be dispatched once your payment reflects in our bank account.

   You may also request a credit card authorisation form as an alternate payment option. Cheque deposits will only be accepted by prior arrangement.

   Orders within South Africa can be dispatched as follows:-

   1. Standard Postage (counter to counter 3-7days for delivery) - min. R50.00
   2. Insured Postage (counter to counter 3-7 days for delivery) - min. R100.00
   3. Speed Services - 3 day or overnight service determined by the Post Office(quote on request)
   4. Courier Delivery - 3 day or overnight service(quote on request)
   NB! Overnight delivery is only possible to cities and major towns, the fastest delivery time to smaller towns, outlying areas and farming towns is 3 days.

   Orders dispatched to neighbouring countries will attract an additional delivery charge that will be confirmed before payment is made. Register Here
